Our terms and conditions are described as follows. Travel Guru is a company that acts as a service agent in the travel and tourism industry. Every effort is made to ensure that pricing information displayed on the website is correct. All information on tours, cruises, reservations, hotels, transportation, and travel services are received by us from other sources, and we endeavour to check all details, when received. 

We take no responsibility for the information received or for any mistake or omission made by us in the up-load of information. Photographs and illustrations and other promotional material displayed on our website are for promotion purposes only and come from the suppliers and tourism boards. 

Itineraries, routes, and pricing can change without notice. We do not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice and fluctuating currency exchange rates. All prices shown on our site and quoted are in Australian Dollars and you will be charged in Australian Dollars at the rate of exchange at the time of your payment being processed.

Travel Guru is owned and operated by Travel Guru Australia Pty Ltd. All materials contained in this site are the copyrighted property of Travel Guru Australia Pty Ltd or the property of our suppliers or licensors. 

No material from Travel Guru or any Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Travel Guru Australia Pty Ltd may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. The use of any this material on any other Website without the prior written authorization from Travel Guru is strictly prohibited.

General Terms and fees

Quotations and Booking Fees

  • Initial chat/enquiry: free 
  • Standard quotation, international trip: minimum $100 
  • Standard quotation, domestic trip: minimum $50 
  • Booking fee: $50 per person, international trip 
  • Booking fee: $30 per person, domestic trip 

Changes and Cancellation

A minimum fee of $75 per person will be charged by Travel Guru (to cover administration fees), in addition to any operator cancellation or change fee. 

The cancellation fees charged by these suppliers can be found on their respective web-sites and/or in their brochures. All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing.

Finalising your Booking

It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that all passenger’s names are correct as per passport, and that passport validity is sufficient before the booking is completed.

Travel Guru does not take any responsibility for passengers who are denied boarding due to this, or any other reason such as visas or prior criminal convictions. A completed booking is defined as at the time of the first transference of money from the client, to Travel Guru.

Changing of Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and at our discretion. You may check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.

Your continued use of Travel Guru subsequent to the revisions of these terms means you accept those changes. You are advised to review the terms and conditions and other policies posted on this Site for potential changes when you return to this site to visit or to transact any business.
